Finalist COLLECTIONS • The ProCreate Project Contemporary Archive of work by artist-mothers PUBLIC REALM COMMISSIONS 2025 • Melville Cultural Heritage Installation In association with: Torbay Council; Groundworks; Melville Community Group; SWISCo; Artizan Collective An extensive piece of place making and public realm work that draws on local expertise and community storytelling to create a heritage narrative unique to the historic and ancient Melville area of Torquay, on the South Devon coast. Celebrating the significant historic and cultural associations of the area, and the diverse and vibrant community of the present day. 2023 • Renamed City In association with: RWA Bristol; The Arts Council Collection Invited to create a larges piece for the “Found Cities, Lost Objects: Women in the City” exhibition curated by Lubaina Himid CBE, during its tenure at the Royal West of England Academy. The exhibition included works by invited Bristol-based artists alongside works from the Arts Council Collection. 2022 • Arts Council England Culture Recovery Fund: Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) In association with: Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG); Arts and Heritage; The Arts Council A commission to examine and celebrate the life of regional theatres after 500 days of pandemic-forced closure. Project made possible by an award from the Arts Council Culture Recovery Fund, facilitated by Arts & Heritage and ably supported by Artizan CIC in Torbay. |
